Lizzie is a traditional American coated wheaten terrier. She has the traditional Wheaten temperament with a slightly tempered energy level. She has a very curious mind and loves experiencing new things, she absolutely loves to please and is so proud of herself when she does. 

Lizzie is the perfect family dog. She grew up around small children and seems to have a great instinct when it comes to how much interaction they want with her. She’s careful and protective of her family but still friendly around strangers. Lizzie is calm and quiet while in the house but she loves to get outside and run too, especially in the snow! She was easy to train and picked things up very quickly. Lizzie is smart and has a silly side to her personality. We all love Lizzie so much, she is an important piece to our family!
